In A Nutshell:

All-terrain strollers are meant for all terrains including dirt roads and hills. These strollers are not meant for joggers unless specifically stated. Jogging strollers usually come with three wheels and the front wheel should lock into place for added balance when you are jogging. Also, jogging and all-terrain strollers are not meant for babies under six months unless specifically stated by the manufacturer for a given age group. Strollers made for younger babies should have the option of attaching a car seat. No one stroller fits all so be sure and do your homework to find the right stroller for both you and your baby.
